    Dear Mr Hosk.

Could I ask your advice on something. I first started the certification process about 3 months ago and Im about to take the Customer Service exam to complete my MCSE. I also need to book in my Sales exam, should I take the Dynamics 365 Sales exam now or take the Dynamics 2016 Sales exam which would leave the Dynamics Sales exam free to take if I need it to recredit my MCSE next year.

    ta

    Lee.

I always take the latest exam, it’s more valuable to you and potential employers. it covers the latest features and won’t expire until later
