    suppose i have two users and one user writing a plugin under another user’s context but thet user does not have privileges that means under whose context the plugin should run that user dont have privileges on. then will that plugin will be excuted or not?

      Why would a user be writing a plugin under another users context.

      You can run a plugin under admin user, you need to look into impersonation and plugins
