Whilst I was road testing CRM 2013 I noticed that the favourites functionality in CRM 2011 had gone. Favourites allowed you to pin records you used a lot and it was a useful function which made it quick and easy to go to well used records. I blogged about favourites in CRM 2011 here
CRM 2013 has an improved recently visited functionality but this isn’t quite the same but will give you want you need at least half the time.
If you really want the favourite functionality in CRM 2013 then you can do it using the Outlook client. This was brought to my attention by NUNO COSTA on this forum post
