For our client we tried to uses Performances counters of CRM 2011 and follow procedures defined on the white papers of Microsoft

We execute differents scenarios into dynamics CRM with Account or incident, but counters still give us null/empty/zero valules all the time.

    We start it correctly.

Is there any steps or configurations into CRM to activate these counters?

because it looks like it’s not working.

We have a Dynamics CRM 2011 with Rollup 6.
