Microsoft Dynamics CRM will offer cross-browser support (Chrome, Firefox and Safari) in future updates

I read this article today

Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Latch onto social Train

The main part of the article focus on the activity feeds they are going to bring into CRM (screenshot below) but the really interesting part of the article was the quote from Brad Wilson and this part of the article

Microsoft Dynamics CRM will offer cross-browser support in future updates, according to Wilson. “Today we are delivering around IE — but in the future, we expect to support Chrome, Firefox and Safari.”

This would be such a great move to allow people to use other browsers and the move towards social media is a good idea because a lot of Marketing and sales people will be working in these areas, so the easier Microsoft CRM integrates into this the better

I’m not sure but its doubtful because usually changes only happen to the latest version.
